(Active Release Techniques ART®) is a hands-on soft tissue treatment approach designed to address restrictions in muscles, tendons, fascia, ligaments, and nerves that may contribute to pain, stiffness, or movement limitations.

ART® combines precise manual pressure with guided movement to help improve mobility, reduce tension, and support recovery.
